Breakdown the art of story
telling into blocks of training. Get teachers to come back the following week

This looks really good and is a great idea. How do you plan to measure "student involvement" in the classroom? Do you have an observation tool for that? Since that is what you are trying to measure, it would be good to see how you plan to define and measure it for your data.
ReplyDeleteLooks good! I use a lot of anecdotal notes to measure student performance.That might help you a little bit. I also use portfolios and students keep track of their own growth.
